Job Title: Business Development Executive - Software Products (Abu Dhabi)

**Job Description**:
Position**:Business Development Executive - Software Products**

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and market trends.

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue targets.

Generate leads through various channels, including networking events, cold calling, online platforms, door to door and referrals.

Engage with prospective clients to understand their specific software needs and propose suitable solutions.

Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our software products.

Negotiate and close sales agreements while adhering to company pricing and contractual policies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to foster customer loyalty and upsell opportunities.

Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials and campaigns.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to identify new market opportunities.

Provide timely and accurate sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Proven track record of at least 1 year in B2B software sales or business development.

Familiarity with Abu Dhabi market and business practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

Highly self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving.

Fluency in English, Malayalam and Arabic is required, and proficiency in Arabic is a plus.

Tech-savvy with the ability to understand and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Valid UAE driving license will be an added advantage.
