**Job Title**: Business Development Executive

**Job Overview**: As a Cargo and Freight Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the cargo and freight industry. You will develop and implement strategies to grow the company's client base, increase revenue, and enhance the organization's market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research to identify potential clients, emerging markets, and industry trends to guide business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking out new clients and partners in the cargo and freight industry.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase the company's market share. This may involve negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements.
- Identify and target new business opportunities, including prospective clients, new trade routes, or market segments. Initiate and nurture leads to convert them into clients.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company's services, pricing structure, and competitive advantages to effectively communicate value to potential clients.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and create business opportunities. Collaborate with industry organizations and chambers of commerce.
- Develop and oversee marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to create brand awareness and attract new clients.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities. Use data and analytics to make informed decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as operations, logistics, and customer service to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field. A master's degree can be a plus.
- Proven experience in cargo and freight business development, sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

**Salary**: AED5,500.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 1 year (preferred)
- Cargo and Freight: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driver's License (preferred)
