**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy for the used car dealership to achieve sales targets and profitability goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee the procurement, pricing, and inventory management of pre-owned vehicles.
- Monitor and manage the condition, maintenance, and presentation of vehicles to ensure optimal sales potential.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Implement effective sales techniques, negotiations, and customer engagement strategies to maximize revenue.
- Provide guidance and support to sales staff, ensuring excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Foster strong relationships with customers by maintaining open communication and addressing inquiries and concerns.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience through transparent and ethical business practices.
- Monitor and manage the financial performance of the used car dealership, including revenue, expenses, and profit margins.
- Develop and manage the budget for the used car business, optimizing resource allocation.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team. Set clear performance expectations, KPIs, and sales targets for team members. **Provide ongoing coaching and professional development to enhance team's skills and **knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to used car sales and dealership operations. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales, transactions, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective marketing and promotional campaigns for used car sales.
- Utilize online platforms, social media, and other marketing channels to increase brand visibility.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in the used car industry, with a proven track record in business management and sales.
- A deep understanding of the Dubai used car market, customer preferences, and market trends is essential.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are necessary to effectively manage the team and engage with customers.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities are key skills for achieving business objectives.
- Proficiency in sales software, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
- The ability to analyze sales data and market insights to drive informed decisions is crucial.
