Job Title: Customer Service Agent

Location: Sharjah, Al Mamzar

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner in English and Arabic.
Answer customer queries and provide accurate information.
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the relevant department if necessary.
Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Meet performance targets and standards set by the company.
Continuously improve knowledge of products and services offered by the company.

**Requirements**:
Fluent in English and Arabic, both written and verbal.
Minimum of 2 years experience in a call center environment in UAE.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
Familiarity with call center systems and software.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to write professional reports.
