Engineering Associate

**JOB TITLE: Engineering Associate**

**QUALIFICATION**:
Diploma /ITI in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering

**Experience**:
3+ years of experience in pharma or related processing plants

**Job Purpose**:

- Shall be working as Shift engineer as per the authorized shift schedule.
- Responsible for operation, maintenance & trouble shooting of production equipment’s and utilities equipment’s
- Compliance of GMP and safety regulations Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities

**Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities**:

- To ensure daily and weekly production target are achieved as per the plan.
- Shall be responsible for SOP compliance on daily basis.
- To ensure that all process equipment operating parameters and procedures are as prescribed by machine manufacturer.
- To ensure no GMP deviations in process and operation.
- To ensure the availability of minimum spare parts for all production equipment including FFS Machine.
- Maintaining tools and equipment’s, so that they are in a safe working condition; as well as making sure that the workshop and plant rooms are safe environments at all times
- Process rejections are analyzed batch wise & its corrective action is implemented prior to the next batch and the same shall be documented prior to the next batch.
- Monitoring of periodic preventive maintenance and its execution for production, QC and plant equipment.
- Any other production related and engineering related duties that may be assigned by the supervisor

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mussafah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- pharma or related processing plants: 3 years (preferred)
