Position: Sales and Project Coordinator

Gender: Female

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Support:Assist the sales team in generating leads and prospecting new clients.
Prepare sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Coordinate sales meetings and follow up with clients regarding their inquiries or concerns.
Maintain sales records, including customer information, contracts, and invoices.
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Project Coordination:Serve as the primary point of contact for project-related communications.
Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
Schedule and attend project meetings, take minutes, and distribute meeting notes.
Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to deadlines.
Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare project status reports and update project documentation as needed.

Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
Follow up with clients after project completion to ensure their satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Assist in resolving any customer issues or complaints in a professional and satisfactory manner.

Administrative Support:Maintain accurate records and files for projects, clients, and sales activities.
Manage and organize documents, contracts, and other relevant paperwork.
Perform general administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and arranging travel arrangements.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in sales coordination, project management, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a problem-solving mindset.
- Professional and friendly demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 per month
