**What will you be measured against**:

- Ensure that all areas are always organized and clean and any requirement for further cleaning is reported to Operations
- Responsible for their station and of that area’s procedures and standards in line with the company’s approved policies and guidelines in its daily operation
- Screens individuals who come through main lobby ensuring that only residents, tenants and their authorized guests are permitted access to residence or corporate office floors.
- Assist residents, tenants and their authorized guests in requests for information, provide directions and escalate service requests to the correct management channel for act
- ion. Ensure that all major issues of customers are resolved in a timely manner, by coordinating with other departments as required.
- Ensure Service request are raised on behalf of the Tenants/Owners

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
