**Reports To**: Team Leader / Real Estate Manager

**Summary**:
A Real Estate Broker is a licensed professional who assists buyers and sellers in real estate transactions. They are responsible for finding and marketing properties, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. Real Estate Brokers must have a strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market and be able to build relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain a portfolio of properties for sale or lease
- Generate and qualify leads
- Conduct viewings with potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate offers and contracts
- Coordinate all aspects of the closing process
- Provide excellent customer service to all clients

**Qualifications**:

- At least 6 Months of experience working as a Real Estate Agent in Dubai (preferred)
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Languages would be added advantage.

**Compensation**:

- **50% Commission.**:

**Note**: Real Estate Brokers in Dubai typically earn a commission on their sales, which can be very lucrative.
