We are seeking a talented Multimedia Manager to lead our visual content initiatives across various platforms. This role requires a creative individual with expertise in graphic design, social media management, content creation, video editing, photography, and animation. The Multimedia Manager will develop and implement a cohesive strategy to enhance our brand’s online presence and engage our audience through compelling visual storytelling.
- ** Content Strategy Development**: Create and execute a multimedia content strategy that aligns with our brand goals and engages our target audience across social media and other channels.
- ** Graphic Design**: Design visually appealing graphics for social media, websites, and marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency and high quality.
- ** Video Production and Editing**: Produce and edit engaging video content, including promotional materials, tutorials, and social media clips that effectively communicate our message.
- ** Photography**: Capture high-quality images for marketing campaigns, product launches, and social media, ensuring visual storytelling aligns with our brand narrative.
- ** Animation Creation**: Develop animations and motion graphics to enhance video content and social media posts, making them more dynamic and engaging.
- ** Social Media Management**: Oversee the planning and execution of social media content, ensuring timely and relevant posts that resonate with our audience.
- ** Performance Analysis**: Monitor and analyze the performance of multimedia content, using data-driven insights to optimize future strategies and improve engagement.

**Qualifications** Your personality counts more than your CV **
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in multimedia content creation, with expertise in graphic design, video editing, photography, and animation.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong photography skills with experience in photo editing software (e.g., Lightroom).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey ideas visually.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- A portfolio showcasing diverse work in graphic design, video editing, photography, and animation.
