As a Multimedia Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually engaging multimedia content across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on designing and producing graphics, animations, videos, and other multimedia assets that effectively communicate our brand message and enhance user experience.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Design and create multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements, for digital platforms, websites, social media, presentations, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, content, and development, to understand project requirements and objectives
- Develop creative concepts and visual designs that align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate key messages.
- Utilize industry-standard software tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and other multimedia design tools, to create high-quality visual assets.
- Optimize multimedia content for different platforms, ensuring compatibility and optimal user experience across devices.
- Stay up to date with current design trends, techniques, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design skills and stay innovative.
- Maintain and organize a library of multimedia assets, ensuring proper version control and easy access for team members.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and refine project briefs, ensuring clarity and alignment with business goals.
- Meet project deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy in all deliverables to maintain a high standard of design output.
- Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE**:
**Educational Requirements / Qualifications**:

- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or a related discipline is typically required.

**Experience**:

- 2-5 years of experience. Mid-level positions typically require a few years of relevant work experience in multimedia design.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- **Graphic Design**:Proficiency in graphic design principles, layout, and typography. Strong knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar tools.
- **Animation and Motion Graphics**:Experience in creating animations and motion graphics using tools like Adobe After Effects or similar software. Knowledge of keyframe animation, transitions, and visual effects.
- **Multimedia Production**:Ability to produce high-quality multimedia content, including graphics, animations, videos, and interactive elements, considering aspects such as resolution, file formats, and optimization for different platforms.
- **User Experience (UX) Design**:Understanding of UX design principles and ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for digital platforms, focusing on enhancing user experience and usability.
- **Branding and Visual Identity**:Knowledge of branding principles and ability to maintain brand consistency across multimedia assets. Understanding of color theory, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- **Communication and Collaboration**:Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams, understand project requirements, and articulate design concepts. Ability to receive and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.
- **Creativity and Innovation**:Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills to generate innovative design concepts and approaches. Ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to projects.
- **Attention to Detail**:Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and precision in design work. Ability to maintain consistency and quality across multiple projects and deliverables.
- **Time Management and Organization**:Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines effectively. Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in using design and multimedia software, as well as a good understanding of file formats, compression techniques, and optimization for different platforms and devices.
