You will work closely with the product development team, as well as cross-functional teams, to deliver high-quality digital healthcare solutions.

**You will be expected to do the following**:

- Lead the product definition of the new/existing user interface and new/existing user flow for our products, ensuring that they meet the needs and expectations of local users.
- Work closely with the business, client and engineering team to ensure that the proposed improvement is aligned with the overall product strategy.
- Conduct user research and testing to gather feedback from the users on the product development process and make improvements as needed.

**Your responsibilities**
- Planning and Roadmap
- Collaborate with stakeholders to create and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with business goals, timelines, and resource constraints.
- Break down product roadmap into well-defined and actionable user stories, epics, and features.
- Ensure that product requirements are clear, concise, and effectively communicated to the development team.
- Development and Execution
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product releases.
- Lead the agile product development process, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and prioritization.
- Conduct regular product reviews, demos, and retrospectives to gather feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder management
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including executives, sales, marketing, and customer support, to understand their needs and incorporate their feedback into the product roadmap.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for product-related inquiries, updates, and escalations.
- Communicate product updates, roadmap changes, and release plans to stakeholders and customers.
- Product Performance Monitoring and Optimization
- Define key product success metrics and track product performance against these metrics.
- Analyze user feedback, usage data, and market trends to identify opportunities for product optimization and enhancement.
- Make data-driven decisions and recommendations for product improvements and feature prioritization

**Requirements**:
**If you are someone with the following skills and experience, you will be a perfect match for this role**:

- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with at least 5 years of experience in product management
- Strong understanding of the local market in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and King Saudi Arabia (KSA), based out of UAE
- Ideally experience in the healthcare or technology industry
- Bachelor's degree complimenting the experience
- Excellent communication (English, Arabic is an advantage) and presentation skills
- Experience in a start up will be given preference
- Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrate initiative and adaptability
- Ability to build and sell a story through your work
- Systematic, analytic, and strong logical thinking
- Familiar with modern agile framework
- Possess a high attention to detail, with an attitude that strives for perfection
- Self-starter approach and solution mindset, with experience in conducting market and user research

- Experience with Agile and/or Scrum methodologies
- Familiar with all modern technology and it's impact on the design process for web, mobile web and mobile apps
- Experience working with a remote team
- Capability to use Gsuite, Ms. Office, Slack
