Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deepunderstanding of customer needs market trends and competitivelandscape to shape the product vision andstrategy.
  • Define clear and compelling productgoals that drive innovation and differentiation in themarket.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders includingcustomers business units and development teams to gather andprioritize product requirements.
  • Create andmaintain user stories acceptance criteria and product backlog itemsfor development sprints.
  • Prioritize productfeatures and enhancements based on business value customer impactand technical feasibility.
  • Develop andcommunicate a product roadmap that outlines the planned featuresand their delivery timeline.
  • Work closely withdesign development and QA teams to ensure successful implementationof features following Agilemethodologies.
  • Provide timely and clearguidance to development teams during the product developmentlifecycle.
  • Participate in sprint planningreview and retrospective meetings to facilitate effectivedevelopment processes.
  • Review and acceptcompleted work items ensuring they meet the defined acceptancecriteria.
  • Analyze product performance and userfeedback to identify areas for improvement andinnovation.
  • Iterate on the product based oninsights gathered from data and userinteractions.
  • Communicate product updateschanges and progress to stakeholders.
  • Addressinquiries and feedback from various stakeholders to ensurealignment andtransparency.

Requirements:

  • Technical backgroundwith knowledge of software development and webtechnologies.
  • 4 YOEs as a Product Owner orsimilar role in a technologyenvironment.
  • Strong understanding of Agilemethodologies.
  • Handson experience managing allstages of the product life cycle.
  • Exceptionalcommunication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaboratewith diverse teams.
  • Analytical mindset with theability to interpret data and make datadrivendecisions.
  • Familiarity with product managementtools such as Jira Confluence orsimilar.
  • Creative thinking and problemsolvingabilities to overcome challenges and driveinnovation.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g.Certified Scrum Product Owner) are aplus.
  • Fluently using English especiallycommunication and presentationskills.
