We are looking for an **well experienced Project Manager in Civil Building Maintenance field**.
- Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
- Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities of civil works (Painting, Plumbing, Tiles works etc...)
- Ensure the all the maintenance complaints are completed on timely manner.
- Allocate workload and supervise
- Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
- Manage relationships with contractors and suppliers
- Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
- Ensure receiving materials on time to complete the work
- Contribute to the development of long term strategic policies and programs in relation to asset maintenance and management
- Attending meetings and presenting ideas and progress reports to management and clients
- Ensure health and safety policies are complied with

**Requirements and skills**
- Proven experience as Civil Maintenance Project Manager
- Experience in planning maintenance operations
- Knowledge on all civil related works
- Ability to keep track of and report on activity
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- **Graduation in Civil Engineering**:

- **Valid UAE Driving License is must**

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month

Ability to Commute:

- Dubai (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Dubai: Relocate before starting work (required)
