**Maintenance Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Maintain the entire facility, including the physical building structure, all mechanical, electrical, FLS, HVAC systems, and other related equipment in accordance with maintenance programs.
- Verify completion of all routine maintenance and repairs, replacement, and renovation projects.
- Liaises with suppliers and contractors to obtain correct supplies and to ensure proper implementation of contracts
- Developing maintenance budgets, Negotiating and verifying maintenance contracts and supplier invoices.
- Ensures that maintenance & repairs performed by contractors are executed in accordance with agreed health and safety policy, contracts, fees, or charges
- Review all daily log books and highlight outstanding and recurring problems
- Assesses manpower requirements
- Follow prescribed safety procedures for personnel and equipment by Dubai Municipality standards and Civil Defense standards.

Requirements and skills
- Min 10 years UAE experience as a maintenance manager.
- Experience in planning maintenance operations.
- Proficient in all aspects of building operations and facilities management
- The ability to work independently with good interpersonal skills
- A creative, practical, and pro-active approach to problem-solving
- Attention to detail, ensuring maintenance tasks are not overlooked and minor site problems do not become major site problems
- A proven ability to build, lead, and manage a team
- An energetic and dynamic personality
- Solid understanding of technical aspects of plumbing, carpentry, electrical systems etc.
- A professional degree in the corresponding field
- Valid Certified Maintenance Manager (CMM) will be a plus.

*Must be currently available in UAE

Salary : Will be discussed during interview
