Education Counselor - Arabic Speaking

Score Plus - inlingua Language School in Al-Ayn is looking for an Education Counselors - Arabic Speaking to join our team with strong business development and marketing skills to bring in new business. Should work with mínimal supervision and be able to manage his/her own / existing caseload.

**Qualification / Specification**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Fluent in English and Arabic
- Experience of working in a sales-driven environment with a strong focus on achieving individual sales targets preferably in languages institutes and team-based targets will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of education institutions, admission processes, immigration requirements, and their international operations.
- Outstanding communication skills and able to communicate effectively with different

stakeholders with varying needs (students, parents, institution representatives, colleagues, etc.).
- Excellent planning and organizing skills with the ability to manage multiple competing priorities.
- Customer-focused, with a passion for providing outstanding service.
- Highly effective relationship building and relationship management skills.
- Effective team worker, supporting colleagues and contributing positively to the overall team’s success.
- Ability to proactively identify, analyze and solve problems effectively.
- Sound judgment and the ability to make decisions and act with integrity, in the best interests of the company.

Strong IT skills - Microsoft Office suite.
