Leading a team of dynamic creative strategists and planners, you will shape our strategic vision, steer end-to-end communication strategies, ignite creative genius, and architect the evolution of our data, analytics, and tech.

- ** Creative Business Strategic Planning**:

- Collaborate with creative senior leadership to define the long-term vision, goals, and growth strategies.

- ** End-to-End Communications Strategy and Planning**:

- Lead the charge in devising cutting-edge, data-driven communication strategies that ignite digital (& all other) platforms and captive audiences.
- Lead the development of integrated communications strategies that effectively combine traditional and digital channels.
- Work closely with account teams to translate client objectives into actionable strategic plans, ensuring seamless execution across campaigns.
- Evaluate campaign performance and provide insights to optimize strategies for greater impact.

- Establish and lead a data, analytics, and tech unit within the creative hub, driving the integration of data-driven insights into strategic decision-making for our creative projects.
- Work alongside other data teams within Incubeta - ensuring cross-group integrations (ops & product).
- Identify and implement technological solutions that enhance the hub’s capabilities in data analysis, measurement, and reporting.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to leverage data for optimizing campaigns, identifying trends, and uncovering further business opportunities.
- ** Team Leadership and Management**:

- Manage and mentor a team of creative strategists, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Provide guidance on professional development, skills enhancement, and career growth for team members.
- Foster strong cross-functional collaboration to ensure alignment between creative strategy, creative, and execution teams.
