Job responsibilities:

- Assist the Head - CR & BDin developing the general policies and standards of Client Relations and thereof ensuring strict adherence.
- Follow-up on client complaints, pertaining to all operational activities. In case complaints are not properly resolved within the agreed time frames, an escalation to the next hierarchical level is required.
- Monitor the Key Performance Indicators for each assigned clients as per agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Any deviation is to be reported to the next hierarchical level.
- Support the production department (policy set-up) in case of a special request or clarifications in terms of deviations.
- Work as a key accounts executive for the designated clients of the company.
- Other duties as may be assigned.
- University degree, preferably in Business Administration; with major in Marketing and/or Insurance related field.
- Actuarial/Statistical/Data Analysis qualifications are a plus.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in one of the following fields: Insurance TPA/ Insurance/ Sales/ Marketing/Client Relations/Business Development or similar.
- Team-player, highly organized, goal oriented and able to multitask.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Excellent command of the English & Arabic language.
- Strong interpersonal skills and Customer-orientation; able to impact client relations positively; handle regular client meetings either at clients’ premises or the premises of insured groups/policy-holders.
- Computer literate and familiar with data analysis and presentation tools.
- Basic industry knowledge (healthcare insurance) is a plus.

Pay: AED6,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
