**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Understand Customer requirements and assist with technical support
- Perform visits to AMC Customers and scheduled on calendar
- Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues
- Persuade the customer to hiring our services & how it meets their needs
- Maintain all records of jobs and tasks performed on ticketing system for backlogging
- Follow up with customers on after support on service performance.
- Provide Services on Hardware, Software and Networking.
- Have knowledge in Hardware such as Servers, Desktops, Laptops and different Parts
- Have knowledge in Software such as Web Development, App Development, Software development of multiple languages.
- Have knowledge in Networking such as Network Layout, Networking Hardware, Configurations of various hardware venders.
- Have knowledge in CCTV and Access control Installation.
- Travel with sales person to assist in site surveys as and when necessary.
- Willing to learn and understand new skills and IT Related certifications.
- Have basic sales skills for any onsite sale requirements.
- Additional Responsibility: As Assigned by Management
