**What you'll be doing**

The Trade Trainee is responsible of supporting the Trade team with planning, communications and reporting. In addition, the Trade Trainee will also be involved in monitoring performance and liaising with the different functions to optimize when needed. The Trainee will also have a focus on the Pre-Loved business.

Overall/Trade Focus:

- Support with day to day tasks such as homepage and communications planning, website refreshes and activations
- Support in reactive reporting and putting together action plans based off performance
- Ensure action plan execution by all relevant teams and follow up where needed
- Ensure smooth launches for drops, campaigns and activations by following up with relevant teams

Pre-Loved Focus:

- Monitor performance and work on regular reports for feedback
- Ensure processes are being followed by all teams and optimized where possible
- Decrease dependency on external teams by supporting throughout the Pre-Loved journey
- Liaise with external partners and internal teams for Pre-Loved newness onboarding (Supply Chain, Ops, PS )
