**POSITION: PROPERTY CONSULTANT/SALES EXECUTIVE**

Job Requirement:

- Competent, go-getter attitude
- Self-motivated and driven personality
- Well-versed in Luxury Real Estate market not only locally but internationally
- Proven experience with track record results in Sales
- Strong sales, negotiation, networking and communication skills
- Real Estate experience (MUST)
- Leisure and luxury brand experiential is advantage
- Preference: Russian Speakers or multi-language individual
- Highest Incentives/Commission
- Female/Male

**Responsibilities**:

- Follow-up with leads to increase sales
- Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales
- Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and then show properties that meet those needs
- Conduct open houses to promote agency listings
- Oversee the entire process to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
- Attract prospective clients to promote new business
- Local and international knowledge of Real Estate ROI and market conditions to answer questions of potential clients.
