The Chief Technology Officer is responsible for the data, technology, and IT infrastructure that support the company’s business. This includes overseeing the technology strategy, enterprise architecture, data analytics, CRM, website and online presence and security. The CTO reports to the MD and works closely with all levels of management throughout the company.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Managing day to day IT operations for the region and ensuring that IT system support is available for business all times.
- Managing IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance.
- Overseeing the annual IT budget and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Monitoring daily operations, including server hardware, software, company website, and operating systems.
- Lead enterprise architecture efforts to ensure that the company has a high-quality and sustainable IT infrastructure in place to support its business strategy.
- Manage and improve CRM & ERP system as Management guidance & budget.
- Develop, present, get approval and communicate a cross-functional IT written plan, indicating milestones for Adam Global IT department.
- Deliver a strategic roadmap for data analytics capabilities using the BI system, CRM, ERP maintenance and security initiatives by incorporating Secure Socket Layer for the projects that reflect our business needs.
- Provide leadership to drive improvements in IT service delivery for internal and external clients.
- Salesforce CRM/ERP Designing, developing, enhancements and maintaining custom development solutions to meet business needs.
- Lead data analytics efforts to help identify trends within our business.
- Develop reports as per the management requirement in CRM software.
- Develop and maintain high-class websites for Adam Group and run SEO activities.
- Design and run PPC and digital marketing campaigns.
- Supporting digital marketing teams by creating content in-house for our blogs and websites.
- Provide onsite support as needed and take IT department to the next level.
- Identifies opportunities for incremental revenue through new features or enhancements.
- Collaborates with other development teams as necessary.

Coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance, including annual maintenance contracts.
- Selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.
- Testing, troubleshooting, and modifying information systems so that they operate effectively.
- Maximum utilisation of the existing systems.
- Generating performance reports for operating systems.
- Providing standardise reports for all departments.
- Assuring all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations.
- Evaluating technology risks to develop a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures.
- Remaining up to date with advances in technology and industry best practices.
- Business atomisation to improve the service levels of all departments.

SKILLS & EDUCATIONAL QALIFICATIONS:

- Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Chief Technology Officer or as 10 years Executive IT Leader.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM, Salesforce, Web development/Designing,.Net, SEO, and networking.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Familiarity with risk management and quality assurance control
- Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

**Salary**: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
