**Job Purpose**:
As the Procurement Manager for Atoll Estates, you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement function for the construction project of resorts across our companies in the Maldives and Dubai with a potential relocation to Maldives in the future. Leveraging your market experience and expertise, you will ensure efficient sourcing of goods and services while optimizing costs and maintaining quality standards.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with the company's objectives and budgetary requirements.
- Source and select suppliers/vendors, negotiate contracts and manage relationships to ensure favorable terms and conditions.
- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including management, finance, and operations teams, to understand procurement needs and requirements.
- Oversee the procurement process from requisition to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment of orders.
- Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control procedures to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
- Evaluate supplier performance and implement performance improvement initiatives as needed.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to procurement activities.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare reports and analysis on procurement KPIs, budget variance, and cost-saving initiatives for management review.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field. Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CIPS, CPP, CSCP) is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement management within the construction industry and, preferably developing luxury hotel/resort chains.
- Strong knowledge of procurement best practices, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- Familiarity with local and international markets, especially in the Maldives and Dubai, with a network of suppliers/vendors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Fluency in English; additional language proficiency (e.g., Arabic, Dhivehi) is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From AED8,000.00 per month
