Medical Center Receptionist

We are looking to hire an **Medical Receptionist** with excellent Arabic and good English communication skills, excellent organizational and administrative skills. Medical Receptionists are expected to be compassionate and discrete with superb time management and record keeping skills.
**Medical Receptionist Responsibilities**:
- Perform on-going customer service/patient care: Answer multi-line telephone professionally
- Be professional and courteous at all times to patients, visitors and/or co-workers, treating them with dignity and respect at all times.
- Complete daily checklist on time and accurately.
- Schedule patients over the telephone and in-person
- Check in patients upon arrival. Understand schedule template and be able to direct patient to correct point of contact upon arrival.
- Help doctors and technicians stay on schedule by placing appointment correctly, understanding impact of appointments scheduled and notify doctors when patient is running late.
- Communicate medical results to patients under clinical supervision.
- Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
**Medical Receptionist Requirements**:
- 2 years of experience at a healthcare facility in a Medical Receptionist role preferably in rehabilitation.
- Working knowledge of medical terminology and medical insurance.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, outlook and Tally Prime
- Innovative thinker with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail with the ability to multi-task.
- Strong organizational, administrative skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations.
- Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information.
- Passionate about healthcare excellence.
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
