**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with recruitment activities, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
- Process payroll, benefits, and employee transactions
- Prepare and assist with new employee onboarding
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and more
- Assist in organizing training programs and employee events
- Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed
- Help ensure HR compliance with labor laws and company policies

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- Previous administrative experience, preferably in Human Resources (preferred)
- Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
