Front House Executive

We are seeking an energetic and enthusiastic Front of House Executive. This role is a fundamental position that offers high levels of service to our clients and guests. Focusing on the guest experience from arrival, offering impeccable service in line with the organization principles. When on duty, this position will oversee the smooth operations, manage all emergency incidents, should they arise, ensuring the safety and security of guests and colleagues alike.

**Maintaining Guest Services and Front Desk Goals**

1. Acts as the main contact of the Clinic. Manages the smooth day-to-day running of reception and appointment bookings. Be fully competent in operating the telephone switchboard efficiently and courteously and able to convert enquiries to appointment booking.

2. Ensuring that clients are greeted, and checked-in efficiently, courteously and professionally. Inform the relevant staff of their arrival, and direct visitors to the correct location

3. Provide excellent customer service at all times; handle client concerns that arise in an effective professional manner.

4. Ability to step up and into any role required.

5. Monitor and adjust task priorities to consider changing demand and client flow across the service.

6. Prepare reports and make entries in logbooks as and when required

7. Proactively manage tasks and ensuring smooth handovers, considering the peaks and toughs of activity.

8. Provide support, information and guidance to the team to ensure they integrate and operate in accordance with operational procedures and expectations as quickly and seamlessly as possible

9. To support employees through conflict resolution, effective time management, workload prioritisation

10. Participates in departmental meetings and continually communicates a clear and consistent message regarding the Front Desk goals to produce desired results.

11. Carry out any other duties as may be required by the line manager or Head of Department

**Role Requirements**:

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience in luxury brand is desired
- Ability to plan ahead and organise tasks
- Excellent IT skills with a natural aptitude to learn in-house systems are essential
- Contact Centre experienced preferred, but not essential.
- Strong verbal & written communication skills in English
- Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office in general
