**Your day to day**
Join us as a Reservations Manager. You'll have ambition, talent, and obviously some key skills. This role is a key member of the hotel’s management team and working closely with the Sales & Front Office team. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: - Maximizing the occupancy levels by reviewing and revising revenue strategies. - Working collaboratively with the Sales Team to maximize corporate and group rates. - Managing third party sites and agents to establish rate and negotiating prices. - You will ensure the proper implementation of reservations procedures. - Providing support to the team to achieve the targets - Ensure Team Members are developed effectively and generate a culture of high quality standards of customer service, selling techniques, and billing and processing contracts. - Highlighting the hotel promotions whenever necessary - Welcoming and developing existing and new reservations team member
