Receive / Process Transactions Officer

**_Job Description:_**:

- _Receive and process transaction requests from Customers, collaborate with Production (Ops) department to have a timely supply plan_
- _Confirm trading plan with Client, monitor and update regularly_
- _Receive information about complaints and questions and transfer them to the department in charge to respond and propose solutions in a timely manner according to the process._
- _Synthesize and regularly remind, promote the process of confirming BER pallets from backlogged customers_

**_Job Requirements:_**:

- _Create accounts for new Customers and send related reports at the end of the month_
- _Send daily transaction plan to Ops. department_
- _Send the weekly transaction plan and the customers who need to pay attention to the quality to the Ops department_
- _Prepare and submit other reports as requested by the Head of Department_
