**Role and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure seamless coordination of sales activities.
- Assist in the processing of sales orders, quotations, and contracts with accuracy and efficiency.
- Manage and maintain customer records and databases, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
- Support the sales team in scheduling appointments, follow-ups, and product demonstrations.
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, providing accurate information and resolving issues.
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for management review.
- Coordinate and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance overall sales processes and customer experiences.
- Monitor inventory levels and liaise with relevant departments to ensure product availability.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar administrative role within the electronics industry.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced and diverse environment.
- Customer-focused attitude and a commitment to providing excellent service.
- Knowledge of electronic products and repair services is an advantage.
