- Manage closing of books and preparation of Cost Control Reports as company standards
- Review and evaluate efficiency of Food & Beverage Kitchens by developing a system of standard costing for menu items
- Audit kitchen stores & stocks consumption for misuse or deviations from standard costs
- Organize inventories in coordination with relevant departments.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- At least 2 years experience as a Cost Controller in the Hotel.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and project management methodologies.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED1.00 - AED2.00 per month
