**PRIMARY PURPOSE**

We are seeking an experienced and strategic International Marketing Manager to lead our global marketing efforts and drive business growth in international markets. The International Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive international marketing strategies, managing international marketing teams, and ensuring brand consistency across multiple regions.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**

01.

Develop and implement global marketing strategies to expand our presence in international markets and achieve business objectives.

02.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess market trends, and understand customer preferences in different regions.

03.

Create and adapt marketing plans and campaigns to target specific international markets, considering cultural nuances, local regulations, and market dynamics.

04.

Manage international marketing teams, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure effective execution of marketing strategies.

05.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to align marketing efforts with overall business goals.

06.

Oversee international marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, advertising, events, and PR activities, to generate brand awareness and drive customer engagement.

07.

Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, track ROI, and provide insights and recommendations for optimization and continuous improvement.

08.

Build and maintain relationships with international partners, agencies, and vendors to support marketing initiatives and maximize global reach.

09.

Ensure brand consistency and adherence to corporate guidelines across all international marketing communications and materials.

10.

Stay updated on global market trends, competitive landscape, and industry best practices to drive innovation and maintain a competitive edge.

11.

Develop and implement global marketing strategies to expand our presence in international markets and achieve business objectives.

12.

Conduct market research to identify opportunities, assess market trends, and understand customer preferences in different regions.

13.

Create and adapt marketing plans and campaigns to target specific international markets, considering cultural nuances, local regulations, and market dynamics.

17.

Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring “safe systems of work” and “safe conditions” are in place within area of responsibility.

18.

Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.

**Educational Requirements / Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field.

**Experience**:
+ 6 years of experience in international Marketing Manager.

**Skills and Competencies**:
In-depth knowledge of international market dynamics, cultural sensitivities, and consumer behavior.

Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to develop and implement effective international marketing strategies.

Experience managing and leading international marketing teams, with the ability to foster a collaborative and high-performing environment.

Proficiency in digital marketing channels and platforms, including social media, SEO/SEM, and marketing automation.

Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with international stakeholders, agencies, and partners.

Demonstrated ability to drive results,measure marketing performance, and make data-driven decisions.

**Salary**: From AED6,000.00 per month
