**Job Title**: Quantity Surveyor

**Location**: UAE, Dubai

**Job Type**: Full-time

**Salary**: AED 8,000 - 10,000 per month (all-inclusive)

**experience** : Minimum of 6-10 years

**Key Area of Experience**: Strong Experience in Measurements of Buildings and Infrastructure Projects

**Responsibilities**:

- Takeoff quantities from architectural and engineering drawings for building and infrastructure projects.
- Prepare detailed bills of quantities (BOQs) in accordance with industry standards.
- Analyze and price tenders from subcontractors.
- Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction lifecycle.
- Prepare interim valuations and final accounts.
- Identify and manage project risks related to cost.
- Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and relevant software programs (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Office Suite, Quantity Surveying software).

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Proven track record of accuracy and efficiency in quantity takeoffs and BOQ preparation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and AutoCAD.
