A Receptionist is the first point of contact for customers and visitors. This role requires excellent communication and customer service skills to provide a positive experience for clients. The receptionist is responsible for managing phone calls, greeting visitors, and assisting with various administrative tasks within the dealership.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Customer Interaction: Provide comprehensive support to customers regarding car auctions, addressing inquiries and resolving complex issues to ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Relationship Management: Support and maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and encourage repeat business with the company.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns related to car auctions in a timely and effective manner.
- Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies and digital marketing initiatives related to car auctions.
- Customer Service: Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers with inquiries, provide information about available vehicles, and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member. Handle customer complaints and issues, ensuring prompt resolution or escalation as necessary.
- Phone Management: Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate department or staff member. Take accurate messages and ensure they are delivered to the intended recipient in a timely manner. Provide basic information to callers, such as dealership hours and location.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in receptionist with a preference for experience in the automobile industry or car auctions.
- Language Skills: Fluency in Arabic is required. Proficiency in English is also needed. Kurdish or Iraqi background is preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
- Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and handle various duties as needed.
- Location: Must be able to reliably commute to or plan to relocate to **Al Sajaa Industrial
- Emirates Industrial City, Sharjah. ** **Sharjah (Sajja)** before starting work.
