We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual pursuing ACCA or CA qualification to join our tax consulting team as a Corporate Tax Consultant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance and support to our corporate clients in navigating complex tax regulations, optimizing tax strategies, and ensuring compliance with tax laws.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and review corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
- Analyze financial data and corporate structures to develop tax planning strategies aimed at minimizing tax liabilities and maximizing tax benefits.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to corporate clients on various tax matters, including mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and international tax planning.
- Stay abreast of changes in tax laws and regulations, conduct research on tax issues, and provide recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Cultivate strong relationships with corporate clients, understand their business needs, and provide proactive tax advice and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, legal, and compliance, to ensure coordinated and integrated tax strategies.
- Identify potential tax risks and opportunities for process improvement, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and enhance compliance.
- Maintain accurate and organized tax records, documentation, and workpapers to support tax positions and filings.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tax developments, and professional standards, and participate in training and development programs to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Assist with special projects, tax audits, and other ad-hoc assignments as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Currently pursuing ACCA or CA qualification, with a focus on taxation preferred.
- Strong understanding of corporate tax principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and tax laws.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain tax concepts to non-tax professionals.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Prior experience in tax consulting or corporate tax department is a plus.
