PWB NKD is a JV between Peckwater Brands - fastest growing digital food licence company in Europe with over $25m in funding, and NKD Pizza, a global pizza franchise with 25 years history across MENA. We are revolutionising food delivery through the licensing of ‘virtual’ food brands (brands designed for delivery), operated by anyone that runs a commercial kitchen.

**We operate a simple model**:

- Create data-driven delivery brands, based on menus provided by our partners e.g. UberEats, Deliveroo, JustEat;
- Design end-to-end processes - from recipes to packing guides, to supply chain - so that they’re simple to operate;
- Work with restaurants to find the right mix of brands for them, so their kitchen is busy and profitable.

We have existing sites across the UAE & Egypt, and we’re looking for an energetic Market Launcher to make our UAE launch and future growth a success. As Peckwater’s first boots on the ground, you will be responsible for building the business from scratch and laying the foundations for a successful market launch.

**In this role you will**:

- Manage the ramp up of the UAE market (including operations, partnerships, and sales).
- Work with the Directors to create a comprehensive plan to launch Peckwater across the UAE and more widely across the MENA region within the target time frame and within budget.
- Partner with key suppliers and local restaurants.
- Recruit and build out a foundation for a strong local team - starting with Sales.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in a high-growth environment - this might be direct launch experience, or multiple years working in a fast-paced environment (entrepreneurship, startup, tech).
- Independent self-starter with strong attention to detail.
- An entrepreneurial mindset and eagerness to solve problems.
- You understand the UAE market and what it takes for a company like ours to be successful in it.
- You are passionate about helping restaurants thrive & foodtech.
- Flexibility to travel around MENA
