**Job Summary**:
As an ELV Assistant, you will support the installation, maintenance, and repair of various low voltage systems. You will work closely with the ELV Technician to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Installation Support**:

- Assist in the installation and configuration of ELV systems, including structured cabling (CAT6, fiber optics), CCTV, access control, and public address (PA) systems, following blueprints and industry standards.
- **Testing and Commissioning**:

- Help conduct testing and commissioning of installed systems, ensuring proper functionality and performance.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues encountered during testing.
- **Maintenance and Repairs**:

- Participate in routine maintenance of ELV systems to ensure optimal operation.
- Respond to repair requests, assisting in troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain accurate records of installation activities, maintenance, and repairs.
- Prepare reports for supervisors or clients detailing work performed and issues encountered.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Follow safety standards and regulations while assisting in the installation or maintenance of ELV systems.
- Ensure compliance with building codes and industry standards.
- **Customer Service**:

- Interact professionally with clients and end-users to provide excellent customer service.
- Communicate effectively regarding project progress, timelines, and any issues that may arise.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a technical support role or similar position in low voltage systems is a plus.
- Basic technical knowledge of ELV systems such as structured cabling, CCTV, access control, and PA systems.
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in installation, testing, and repair of ELV systems.
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals is preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Certification or training in relevant fields (e.g., electrical systems, low voltage systems) is a plus.

**Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional technical certifications or vocational training is preferred.

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
