**SALES ENGINEER - EV CHARGING (Ground Service Equipment).**

**POSITION OVERVIEW**:
As a Charger Salesperson at Minit Charger, you will play a pivotal role in driving the expansion of our GSE charger sales and services. Requires strong sales skills (70% of your time) with some technical comprehension (30% of your time). You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their unique charging needs, and delivering tailored solutions, where applicable.

This is a base + commission position and offers a significant earning potential. Please include your salary expectations.

**RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES**:

- Identify and target potential customers in the GSE charging markets, including airports, airlines, and GSE handlers.
- Develop engaging materials for trade publications and social media.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their specific charging requirements and providing exceptional customer service.
- Manage the entire sales process from origination to closing contracts. Including all required regulatory paperwork, sales proposals, and fully executed contracts.
- Collaborate with clients to design and propose customized charging solutions that meet their needs, including charger installation, maintenance, and support services. MAY ALSO INCLUDE MAKING SERVICE CALLS.
- Understand and promote company offerings, pitch sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, showcasing the advantages of our EV charging solutions.
- Visit clients and potential clients to perform site visits, record notes, and take photographs to evaluate needs, and promote company offerings.
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, tracking leads and opportunities through the sales process.
- Maintain client records in CRM.

**REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- Prefer 3-5+ years of sales experience in aviation markets.
- At least a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management.
- Must be comfortable with cold-calling potential clients.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Good organization skills with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, strong execution capability.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
