**Invoice Clerk Duties**:

- Ensure invoices are processed, reconciled, and billed accurately and in a timely manner
- Input and process new information on invoices
- Calculate and record payments
- Pay vendors electronically
- Maintain and file invoices
- Generate invoice reports

**Responsibilities**:

- Recording and tracking incoming invoices
- Verifying that invoices are accurate and complete
- Matching invoices to purchase orders or contracts
- Entering invoice data into accounting system
- Following up with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies
- Communicating with vendors and internal departments to ensure timely payment of invoices
- Generating reports to track invoice status and payment history
- Maintaining accurate and organized records of all invoices and payments
- Assisting with other accounting and administrative tasks as needed

**Requirements And Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational skills
- Good communication skills both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
