On behalf of our client, a leading Product Trading Company based in Dubai, we require the following staff:
**LOGISTIC EXECUTIVE - 1 No.**

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00 am to 5.00 pm

Saturday 9.00 am 1.00 pm (flexible)

**International Trade Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to import and export regulations, including documentation requirements, tariff classifications, and trade restrictions imposed by various countries.

Customs Clearance: Managing customs clearance processes for imported and exported goods, including preparation of shipping documentation, coordination with customs brokers, and resolving customs-related issues.

**Global Supply Chain Coordination**: Coordinating with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents to ensure seamless movement of goods across borders.

**Risk Management**: Assessing and mitigating risks associated with international trade, such as currency fluctuations, geopolitical instability, and regulatory changes.

**Trade Finance**: Familiarity with trade finance instruments, such as letters of credit, documentary collections, and trade credit insurance, to facilitate international transactions. Ensure complete documentation and attestation.

**Communication**: Effectively communicating with stakeholders from diverse cultural backgrounds and navigating cultural differences in business practices.

**Inventory Management**: Maintaining Stock entries, Reconciliation, Minimum Stock Levels, Raise Material Requisitions based on lead time and sales requirements, ensure availability of materials. Manage entries with external store management company.

**Inspection and Coordinate Test Results**: Inspect and coordinate the material received, ensure the testing in the lab and file reports, reject or accept materials.

**Planning and Tracking of the Shipments**:Tracking the shipments, ensuring that no delays in receipt in material, file duty exemptions and ensure no fines or demurrage

**Packing and Forwarding**: Ensuring enough availability of packing material as per the customer requirements, ensuring packing and sending of the materials.

**Documentation and Reporting**: Keeping updated all government documentation like import code, Duty exemption, getting customs exemption. Ensure documentation as per ISO standard. Submit periodic reports.

**Skills and Qualifications**:
**Expertise in Import and Export Regulations**: In-depth knowledge of customs regulations, trade agreements, and export controls relevant to the regions where the company operates.

**Customs Brokerage**: Experience in working with customs brokers to facilitate customs clearance and ensure compliance with import and export requirements.

**Cross-Border Logistics**: Proficiency in coordinating transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities across international borders.

**Global Supply Chain Management**: Ability to manage suppliers, carriers, and logistics partners located in different countries and time zones.

**Documentation Management**: Strong attention to detail in preparing and verifying shipping documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin.

**Risk Assessment**: Skill in assessing and mitigating risks associated with currency fluctuations, political instability, and supply chain disruptions in global trade.

**Language Skills**: Proficiency in English

**Experience**: 5-10 years of experience in international logistics, import/export operations, or global supply chain management, preferably in a leadership role.

**Education**: A bachelor's degree preferably in logistics, supply chain management, international business, or a related field is typically required.

**Additional Information**:
Annual Leave, Visa & Medical Insurance will be provided by the company.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
