the most recent being during the COVID lockdown helping stranded Indians to fly back home for free with private flights, Building schools to provide Free education for 400 underprivileged children, etc.

Now expanding its legacy into a jewelry brand headed by the founder's successor named Kamal Narola under the brand name 'Jonga Jewels'. He himself is experienced in working with big brands and celebrities like Lovin Dubai, Nora Fatehi, Saad Lamjarred, etc building their Brands through Social Media and the Metaverse. (_**So we actually know what we are doing**_**)**

Company culture is young and innovative, but fast-paced as it's focusing on social media content creation and personal branding.

As a one-person army, you will play a pivotal role in crafting captivating visual content for our social media platforms. We are looking for an experienced individual with a keen eye for detail and proficiency in industry-standard software such as Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Wondershare, and other relevant tools for video and photo editing.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually stunning and engaging social media content, including photos and videos, that align with Jonga Jewels brand identity and target audience.
- Edit and enhance raw footage and images till final post on socials, ensuring the highest level of quality, aesthetics, and consistency for online posts.
- Regularly report directly to the marketing Head to understand content requirements, objectives, and timelines.
- Maintain an organized media library and ensure efficient file management for easy retrieval and future use, based on social media platforms for example : youtube format - _Horizontal 4K 20min+ _, while Instagram reels format - _Vertical HD 30 seconds _made from the same youtube content.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in photo/video editing techniques, tools, and software.
- Bring creativity and innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the evolution of Jonga Jewels visual storytelling and online banding.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Photo/Video Editor with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise in editing for social media content for perticaul brand and thir style.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, After Effects, Filmora, and other relevant editing tools.
- Familiarity with catchy videography techniques and the ability to operate cameras in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail, precision, and a meticulous eye for quality while most importantly being quick in completing edits to keep up with social media.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with the marketing and creative teams.
- Most importmaly but can't be quantified and that is - **You enjoy editing and telling stories**. (Because we do too)
- A passion for jewelry and an understanding of the luxury industry will be a plus.

Preferable but not essential
- technical knowledge of using a professional camera.
- Knowledge of cinematography and lighting.
- Experience in using audio clean-up software like iZotope.
- knowledge of basic color grading.
- awareness of using new AI tools.
