Technical Trainer

**Job Overview**
1. Proficient in HVAC with deep knowledge (Both Theoretical and Practical) of Chillers, VRF, Packaged AC units, controls etc.
2. Good knowledge of Electrical Controls, Electrical distribution etc.
3. Able to support the site team on technical grounds.
4. Able to design and carry out Hands on Training for the work force.
5. Proficiency in identifying issues, analyzing problems, and finding effective solutions in HVAC system.
**Key Accountabilities**
1. **Develop and Deliver Training Programs**:
- Design, develop, and update training programs (Theoretical and Practical Trainings) and materials related to facilities management, including operational procedures, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
- Create engaging presentations, handouts, and other instructional materials.
- Conduct training sessions (On-Site / Off Site) and workshops for facilities management staff on topics such as maintenance practices, emergency response and sustainability practices.
- Utilize various training methods, including classroom instruction, hands-on training, and e-learning modules.
2. **Assess Training Needs and keeping updated**:
- Collaborate with management to identify training needs and gaps within the facilities management team.
- Develop assessments and evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary improvements.
- Keep up to date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in facilities management.
- Ensure training materials reflect current standards and technological advancements.
3. **Evaluate Performance**:
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of trainees, providing feedback and additional support as needed.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes and recommend improvements to enhance training effectiveness.

1. **Training Program Development and Delivery**:
- Quality and relevance of training materials and programs.
- Effectiveness of training sessions, including engagement and participant feedback.
2. **Needs Assessment, Evaluation and Performance Monitoring**:
- Accuracy in identifying training needs and addressing skill gaps.
- Success in evaluating and improving training outcomes based on feedback.
- Quality and impact of feedback provided to trainees.
**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in facilities management, with a strong understanding of maintenance operations, ASHRAE/SFG standards, safety protocols, and Customer Service.
- Previous experience in a training or instructional role, preferably within the facilities management sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Bilingual - English, Hindi/Urdu
