Chef de Partie runs a kitchen of 5 chef's, and report's to Head Chef. The role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:

- Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes within the concept
- Assisting the Head Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes
- Preparing and production of meat, fish and sauces etc, for other branch as well
- Assisting with the management of health and safety
- Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices
- Managing and training any Commis Chefs
- Monitoring portion and waste control
- Overseeing the maintenance of kitchen and food safety standards
- Doing inventory twice in a month to keep food cost in level

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
