As a Business Development Executive, you will be strategizing, reaching out to corporate companies, Training Institutes, Individual Coaches, and trainers, and providing valued insights and stories that showcase UPGRADE SKILL’s unique value proposition. With a plethora of innovative sales automation tools at your fingertips, you will become a prospecting master, continually learning new skills that will prepare you for a long and illustrious career in sales (or any path you decide to take).

Here's what you'll be up to:

- Handling inquiries of UPGRADE SKILLS
- Understanding and conveying the UPGRADE SKILLS mission, value proposition, and product
- Becoming a brand ambassador by getting to know and love the product and story
- Experimenting with new and creative prospecting strategies
- Continually improving sales skills to attain quota and grow as a sales professional

Qualifications & Education

A Bachelors in Business Administration or Education
Or BSc/BA in Business, Psychology, or a related field
Professional certification is a plus

Experience

1 - 3 years experience in a similar role

Skills / Training / Knowledge

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Ability to tactfully and politely deal with difficult customer situations
Appreciation of cultural diversity
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Experience in project management and budgeting
Proficient in MS Office
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
