Das erwartet dich
Zur Unterstützung der Geschäftsführung in Dubai suchen wir ab sofort eine/n Personal Assistant. Du unterstützt in sämtlichen organisatorischen Belangen. Nachdem der Alltag der Geschäftsführung keine geregelten Arbeitszeiten kennt und die Grenzen zwischen privaten und beruflichen Aufgaben bei den Geschäftsführern fließend sind, brauchst du vor allem Flexibilität. Auch wenn du in die allgemeinen Bürostrukturen des Unternehmens eingebunden bist, arbeitest du ausschließlich für und mit der Geschäftsführung.

DEIN BETÄTIGUNGSFELD
- Du unterstützt die Geschäftsführung bei sämtlichen administrativen und organisatorischen geschäftlichen sowie privaten Belangen im nationalen und internationalen Umfeld
- Du bearbeitest administrative Aufgaben wie Erstellung bzw. Kontrolle von Abrechnungen, Ablage, Belegwesen und Überweisungen
- Du zeigst dich verantwortlich für die Planung und Organisation von Terminen, Reisen und Veranstaltungen
- Du nimmst an Terminen teil inkl. Berichterstattung und Protokollführung
- Du übernimmst die Erledigung von Wegen jeder Art inkl. Amtsterminen, Behördengängen und Besorgungen
- Stellvertretend bist du verantwortlich für Koordination und Kommunikation mit Dienstleistern, Lieferanten und Mitarbeiter/Mitarbeiterinnen
- Du führst Recherchetätigkeiten durch und bereitest Informationen auf
DAS ZEICHNET DICH AUS
- Du hast eine loyale, diskrete Persönlichkeit mit sehr gutem Auftreten
- Du bringst eine abgeschlossene wirtschaftliche Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau mit
- Du konntest mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Personal Assistance sammeln
- Du bist ein Organisationstalent, das stressresistent und ergebnisorientiert ist und du hast eine selbständige Arbeitsweise
- Du bringst Flexibilität, Engagement, Serviceorientierung, Leistungs
- und Reisebereitschaft mit
- Du hast Selbstmotivation und bist lernbereit
- Du verfügst über ausgezeichnete Deutsch
- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Du besitzt sehr gute PC-Anwenderkenntnisse
