This position is responsible for overall care, hospitality and service given to our younger guests throughout their stay, to create unforgettable memories of their holidays and specifically in assisting the Kids Club Activities, toddler's daytime childcare service, baby-sitting and hosting at Kids Club.

**What will I be doing?**

This position is responsible for overall care, hospitality and service given to our younger guests throughout their stay, to create unforgettable memories of their holidays and specifically in assisting the Kids Club Activities, toddler's daytime childcare service, baby-sitting and hosting at Kids Club. Especially you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standard.
- Follow pre-opening, opening, closing and post-closing operational procedures at the Kids Club
- Welcome families and register children at the Kids Club, handling reservations and payments, up selling the Kids Club services and performing related administrative duties.
- Organize children's activities according to the Kids Club concept, always providing safe care and a personalized and intuitive service.
- Handling kids club consumables and merchandising stock, managing available material.
- Coordinate in-room entertainment game rental with Concierge.
- Assist with creating the Kids Club stories and preparing tailor made activities for Kids.
- Assist on organizing kids experiences with other departments.
- Assist on coordinating child amenities and Kids Club gifts.
- Personalized childcare services (evening baby-sitting and toddler's daytime service)
- Organizing and accompanying the Kids for outdoor activities, swimming-pool activities and kids sports
- Using CRM tool, observing young guests' special requests and preferences.
- Ensure hygiene standards of Kids club are maintained at all times.

A Kids Club Attendant serving Hilton Brand Hotels is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviours, skills, and values that follow:

- Committed to delivering a high level of customer service.
- Must maintain a clean, neat and well-groomed appearance.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Advance computer skills
- Flexible to respond to a range of different work situation.
- Ability to communicate in Russian language.
- Minimum 2 years' experience on the same role a luxury or a 5-star hotel
- Ideally a certificate or vocational training in kindergarten/children care related field will be a plus point.

It would be advantage in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinction.
- Ability to administer first aid to a younger guest whenever is necessary.
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous
