Job description:
We are a renowned Business consultancy firm based in Dubai, looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions not limiting to all stakeholder transaction management along with HR and procurement related activities.

Accountant responsibilities include preparing & auditing financial statements & related documents, reconciling bank statements, managing Receivables & Payables while maintaining relationship with all involved parties.

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with preparing all required financial statements and communicating the results with stakeholders efficiently, maintaining the internal control and financial health of the firm, managing all economic activities of the business while managing HR & procurement related activities.

Ultimately, you will provide us with accurate quantitative information on financial position, and cash flows of our business, while ensuring all Financial, HR & procurement related activities are carried out efficiently

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage all accounting transactions
- Prepare budget forecasts
- Prepare financial statements on time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Manage & reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Ensure timely bank payments
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Payroll management
- Manage financial position and income statements
- Report on the company’s financial health and liquidity
- Audit financial transactions and documents
- Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary
- Maintain all necessary internal control
- Comply with financial policies and regulations
- Human resource management for payroll and other related activities
- Constant communication with all stakeholders
- Negotiating with vendors for procurement and managing Receivables and Payables

Requirements and skills
- 3 Year work experience as an Accountant in a SME
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including Hands-on experience with accounting software like Tally & QuickBooks
- Generating all Financial statements
- Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Bachelors or Masters in Accounting, Finance or a relevant degree

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
