Job Brief:
We are looking for an Accounts/Administrative Officer to join our team and support our daily office procedures.

Main duties include Setting up meetings,managing office, Do Presentations, preparing regular reports (e.g. expenses and office budgets) ,Sales Reconciliation,Bank deposits. If you have previous experience as an Office Administrator Finance administrative role, we’d like to meet you.

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Verify Sales Reconciliation of stock and sales report
- Manage and update on Bank deposits
- Update on collections and ageing of collections and inventory
- Generate P&L and Cash Flow statements
- Create Purchase orders,price negotiations and confirm and make payments

**Requirements**:

- Proven work experience as an Administrative Officer, Finance/Accounts and admin or similar role
- Experience with office management software like Tally, MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
- Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelors degree preferably in commerce/accounts or any

**Salary & Benefits**: As per industry standards and experience 6000 to 7000 Aed/month
