Job Description:

- Employee Relations managing absence, disciplinary issues, grievances, sickness, etc.
- Recruitment Process.
- Visa Process
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law.
- Employee salary, Leave salary, and Final settlement calculation and procedures.
- Documents Maintainance.
- Measure employee satisfaction and identify areas that require improvement.
- Reward advise and support employees on company benefits.
- Implementation of new HR policies, procedures, and processes.
- Deal with complex disciplinary/grievance and HR issues, using HR and company knowledge evidencing appropriate decision-making skills.
- Managing HR Budgets
- Administrative Tasks-Purchasing office supplies, Vehicle maintenance.

Qualifications:

- Immediate joiners will be prioritized
- Qualification (degree) in HR.
- Minimum of 2 to 4 years HR experience in UAE.
- Strong recruiting and demonstrated ability to improve talent acquisition strategies
- Demonstrated expertise in training managers and employees
- Strong organizational, critical thinking, and communications skills
- Attention to detail and good judgment
- Experience in HR Management Experience in developing HR strategy in line with the business needs.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- High level of initiative, problem-solving, and decision-making ability. Results driven with a professional approach, strong leadership, and worth ethic.
- Experience in managing change within the organization.
- Demonstrated evidence of influencing and coaching skills.
- MS Office

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:
