**Location/Unit**

DIP-Dubai,UAE

Ø To carry out the delivery operations as per Pearl’s standard operating procedure (SOP-025-Delivery Operations).

Ø Participates in safety, health, and environmental programs.

Ø To ensure that all loaded items are done so in accordance with the Delivery notes.

Ø Monitors, controls, and records delivery operations.

Ø Track the status of product deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.

Ø To ensure that any warehouse equipment (Forklift, pallet trolley etc.,) of malfunction is immediately reported to the superior.

Ø To prepare the ERP/manual labels (Product/Shipping) as per company procedures and directives.

Ø Respond to delivery-related inquiries and concerns from internal stakeholders (Logistics & Supply chain, Sales, Customer Service) & notify them about any delivery delays in advance.

Ø To actively contribute to the continuous improvement plan to maximize delivery efficiency.

Ø Segregate the customer return materials as per company SOP’s.

Ø To be flexible to work in any of the area as per instruction received from superior(s).

Ø To train the new workers & Forklift drivers in the company procedures/SOP’s /Compliance in order to prepare them to learn the job as quickly as possible.

Ø To ensure the proper accounting of Finished Goods delivered to the customer in order to minimize the stock discrepancy.

Ø To contribute to achieve zero incidents/LoPC (Loss of Primary Containment) by means of reporting to the near misses on time and proactive approach in HSE.

Ø To monitor the quality deviations related delivery and report to the superior(s) for further corrective action.

Ø Active contribution in daily shop floor meeting to mitigate the issues related to delivery.

Ø Make last-minute order adjustments as may be requested by customers.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
