Position: Business Development / Partnership Manager

Location: Dubai, UAE

Type: Full time (Contract)

**About the role**:
We are looking for a Business Development enthusiast with solution-orientated and client-centric mindset. Individuals with an affinity to build partnerships through networks and take accountability for the assigned scope are a great fit for this role.

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify partners with aligned interests and who can add strategic & economic value to expand our presence and market share.
- Initiate and develop strong relationships with potential partners, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring open lines of communication.
- Engage with business owners and key stakeholders to identify their pain points, needs, and opportunities for collaboration.
- Work closely with the management to close partnership deals, negotiate terms, and finalize agreements.
- Nurture relationships with existing partners to maximize value and foster long-term partnerships.
- Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics.
- Develop and present persuasive business proposals to potential clients, showcasing the unique benefits of our solutions.
- Proactively seek out new leads and opportunities in the market to drive business growth.
- Build a robust pipeline of potential clients and partnerships through networking, outreach, and relationship-building.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects and delivery of exceptional value to clients.
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of our business development strategies based on insights and feedback from the field.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to take initiative, drive results, and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Based in the UAE with a valid visa status.
- Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional confidence in engaging with business owners and stakeholders.
- Fast learner who can quickly grasp technical concepts and effectively communicate them to clients.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets and objectives.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation and presentation skills, with fluency in English (Arabic will be an advantage).
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying updated with industry trends.
- A sharp eye for opportunity and an obsession with closing new strategic partners
- Prior experience in tech or growth services industries is advantageous.
