Responsibilities/responsibility:

- Participate in writing code, designing solutions, and quality control of implementation.
- Actively participate in and improve the code review process.
- Choose solutions and technologies that are built into the current architecture.
- Manage a development team, work on a system of motivation, training and evaluation of developers’ competencies. - Identify bottlenecks in the current architecture and make improvements.
- Hire, onboard, train employees in the team.
- Maintain and develop processes within the team.
- Develop and grow with the team.
- Technically lead the product (architecture, task decomposition, task assessment, consulting on the technical part of the project, participation in the distribution of workload between developers, participation in the construction and control of the development cycle,)
- Participate in development cycle automation (Working with VCS, CI, release automation) (together with DevOps)
- Manage technical knowledge in the team (knowledge dissemination, technical documentation, metamaps)
- Organization of leading the technical development of the team (assessment, technical development, career line, management and development of technical competencies

**Requirements**:

- Experience in a commercial companies in the position of C# (.NET) back-end developer for at least 4 years;
- Experience working experience in the position of Team Lead from 2 years;
- Experience in developing and refactoring the architecture of complex solutions;
- Pumped Soft skills, ability to work with motivation of the team and specific developers, ability to resolve technical/software conflicts;
- Experience in task distribution and decomposition;
- Participation in the collection of requirements and the formation of tasks;
- Experience with multithreading;
- Designing services and distributed systems;
- Experience writing Unit and integration tests (NUnit, XUnit, MSTest);
- Strong knowledge of SQL, experience with PostgreSQL;
Tech stack:

- C# /.NET Core;
- PostgreSQL / and other databases; HTTP(S) / SignalR / gRPC;
- Protobuf / JSON / NATS;
- Docker / AWS.
- Disruptor-net

As an advantage:

- Experience in the financial sector (highly loaded);
- Ability to build a dialogue between business and technical specialists;

- Experience with CI/CD
- Experience as a technical/system architect
- Using performance and memory would be a plus profilers;
- Experience in development using the concepts of asynchrony, lock-free structures, multithreading and distributed systems will be a plus;
- An understanding of the structure of exchange trading will be a plus.

Required:

- At least 4 years of experience in a commercial company as a C# (.NET) backend developer;
